Information Technologies and Intellectual Property Law, LLM have become universal in present life. On this course students will bring together two of the main legitimate inquiries of the 21st century: the fate of law in the information age, and the management and exploitation of diverse forms of creativity, notoriety and innovation in an advanced age, and discussion the solutions to them. Information technology guideline works across jurisdictions, and a cross-fertilization of administrative reactions happens at the interface between domestic, regional and international law.
