Ferns N Petals posts Rs 607 Cr revenue in FY23; bleeds heavily Ferns N Petals, a gifting platform, experienced rapid growth in previous fiscal years but faced a slowdown in FY23. Income increased by only 4.8%, reaching Rs 607 crore, while losses surged to nearly Rs 110 crore. The majority of revenue (92%) came from selling cakes, flowers, and customized gifts through various channels, including websites and physical stores. The company, with over 400 franchise outlets in 125 cities, also operates in hospitality and weddings through Udman Hotels and FNP Weddings and Events. Despite flat revenue, total expenditure rose by 25%, resulting in a Rs 109 crore loss in FY23. The company aims to expand its hospitality segment with 50 new hotels.
