Error code 18 is related to backup. Sage 50 error 18 occurred when trying to backup Sage 50 (DynaZIP). The backup process was unsuccessfully unable to backup data while in a Sage Drive company. Sage Drive company fails with DynaZIP. You need to Stop Sharing and rename the Sage 50 company file, after that try to backup. You can do a remove Sage Drive company from data path on remote computers.
