Dehradun. 100 laborers from 7 states are trapped in the tunnel in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand for the last 40 hours. Today is the 5th day of the tunnel accident. Meanwhile, the earth has shaken due to earthquake in Uttarakhand. Its tremors were also felt in Silkyara area of Uttarkashi. This is the same area where 40 laborers are trapped in the tunnel. According to the National Center for Seismology, the intensity of this earthquake was measured at 3.1 on the Richter scale. A team of more than 200 people from National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL), NDRF, SDRF, ITBP, BRO and National Highways are working 24 hours to rescue the workers.
