CdS/ZnS Quantum Dots - CD Bioparticles CD Bioparticles provides CdS/ZnS core-shell semiconductor quantum dots with emission range from 400 nm to 460 nm. Our CdS/ZnS quantum dots are gradient alloyed semiconductor materials with size dependent optical/electronic properties, uniform size distribution and high quantum yield. By changing their composition in both CdS core and ZnS shells, the CdS/ZnS quantum dots are tuned to have different emissions, which allow the preparation of gradient alloyed quantum dots with the similar particle sizes but different emission wavelength. Our CdS/ZnS quantum dots can be used in highly sensitive cellular imaging, d rug delivery and light emitting devices.
