Pest Control

Pest control is the process of preventing, controlling, and eliminating pests. Pests can be any number of animals or insects that are harmful to crops, humans, or livestock. Common pests include rodents, rabbits, deer, moles, gophers, mosquitoes, flies, and termites. There are a number of ways to control pests. Physical methods include traps and barriers. Chemical methods include pesticides and herbicides. Biological methods include using predators or parasites to control pests. Finally, cultural methods include changing farming practices to make it harder for pests to thrive. Pest control is an important part of crop production and human health.
