While Siltrate 100  is generally well-tolerated, like all medications, it can cause side effects in some men. The most common side effects include headache, flushing, stuffy nose, and upset stomach. These side effects are usually mild and go away on their own.

More serious side effects are rare but can occur. These include priapism (a prolonged and potentially painful erection lasting more than four hours), vision changes, sudden hearing loss, and chest pain. If you experience any of these side effects, stop taking Siltrate 100  and seek medical help right away.
