One of my biggest regrets in ecommerce? Not implementing a return flow sooner. I assumed that once a customer stopped buying, they were gone forever. Wrong. Turns out, many just need a little nudge - a timely email, a special offer, or even a heartfelt message. I followed the steps outlined at https://flowium.com/blog/kla... and saw a solid chunk of old customers return. Definitely worth doing!
