One of the biggest mistakes in mental health healing is focusing on what you dont want. When you brain health is poor it with keep you stuck focusing on negative thoughts, feelings and situations in your life and ignoring the positives. This feeds into making your mental health worse because by strengthening the part of the brain that is already working too hard. To heal your mental health you must change your focus to find positive things in your life. You must change your focus to change your life.
By changing your focus away from negative and towards the positive you will calm down the negative part of your brain and activate the healthier brain pattern to improve your brain health and improve your mental health. This is a skill that takes time to master but once you change you #focus you can heal and change you mental health and life.
